Paul Jake Castillo recently confirmed the breakup with his long time girlfriend of 3 years Dennise Jalandoni on a video seen at The Buzz hosted by Boy Abunda.

He said in the interview that it is better for them to separate for the moment but when asked if the reason for the break-up is Sam Pinto, he just laughed at it and said they were just good friends.

Rumors were circulating that Paul Jake invited Sam to visit Cebu City to introduce her to his family. When Paul Jake was asked about this issue, he said Sam was there for a short time and he took her out to a friend's Cub and it so happened that his family was there.

To clear up this issue, Boy Abunda invited Sam to be in the show so she could explain her side and clear up this issue once and for all because she's has been accused of being the culprit for the breakup.

Boy Abunda : Is it true that the cause of Paul Jake's breakup with Dennise is you?

Sam : No, it's not true.

Boy Abunda : Are you in a relationship with Paul Jake?

Sam : No.

Boy Abunda : Is it true that you were brought to Cebu by Paul Jake to introduce you to his family?

Sam : No, I went there for work.

Boy Abunda : Did he introduce you to his family?

Sam : he took me out and his family was there.

Boy Abunda : Is Paul Jake courting you?

Sam : No.

Boy Abunda : What if Paul Jake will court you. Does he have a chance?

Sam : Not right now, because all I'm doing now is work. I'm still concentrating on my career, acting and doing all my workshops and stuff.

Boy Abunda : So you are not open to any relationships?

Sam : No.

Sam Pinto Starred with Jake Cuenca in a fantasy series “Agimat: Ang mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla Sr. Presents Elias Paniki” which started to air in May in the popular Philippine T.V. network ABS-CBN. Sam will be Jake's tween sister in this series.

Jake was happy when he learned he will be teamed up with Sam in this new project because he said it's been a long time that they didn't see each other.
